Gallery Val Return Policy

Effective as of 04/01/2025

Gallery Val, every piece is a one-of-a-kind work of fine art—carefully selected, often irreplaceable, and acquired with intention. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a return is requested on a valuation basis and meets the strict conditions outlined below.


Returns — Valuation-Based Only

If you believe the artwork you received was materially misrepresented in terms of its appraised value, you may request a return, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility:

  • Contact us at hello@galleryval.com within 3 business days of delivery to submit a written return request.

Gallery Val reserves the right to review the appraisal and consult with additional independent experts before determining eligibility for a return.

If Return is Approved:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The piece must be returned in its original condition, professionally packed, and fully insured at the buyer’s expense.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the artwork is received and reviewed by our team.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

  • Variations in color, texture, or perceived scale from online images

  • Damage incurred after delivery

  • Commissioned or custom works

Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, we cannot accommodate returns outside of the valuation-based process.
